Suzie Tsai brings 25+ years of marketing and branding leadership across hospitality and technology. As CEO of Bonchon, she oversees U.S. operations for the Korean fried chicken leader with 150+ U.S. restaurants and 470+ worldwide. Recently named one of Fast Casual's Top 25 Executives, Suzie was promoted to CEO in January 2024 after joining as Chief Growth Officer just five months earlier. Her experience spans VP of Marketing at On The Border, leadership roles at KidZania USA's U.S. expansion, and brand strategy at Brinker International's Chili's. With a background in Economics and an MBA in International Business, she brings personal cultural insight as a Korean-American who immigrated as a teenager to scaling authentic Korean hospitality across franchise networks.
